There is no dispute needed, actually, for the answer is ‘no’. Traditional oil painting is not just to creat a 3-D illusion on the canvas. For instance, your digital version of that Chardin lacks the contrast between warm and cold colours seen in the oil painting. But this is just a very tiny portion of what is lacking in your digital version when it’s compared with the oil painting.
